ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival your room with be available from 2.30 pm. In case of arrival after 8.30 pm, we request you notify us in advance. On the day of departure we request you to vacate your room by 11 am. A late check-out depending on availability can be requested at an added cost of € 30 per room.
PETS
You are welcome to bring your pets such as dogs and cats with you on your holiday. However they are not permitted in the wellness area or restaurant. We charge € 20 per day per animal, without food.

Sometimes things turn out differently than expected and your holiday cannot take place as planned. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking so that you do not suffer financially when having to cancel a holiday. If you would like to make use of this service, please contact us.
In the event of cancellation the following conditions apply:
From the 26th June to 18th September 2021 the following conditions apply:
- Up to two weeks before arrival free of charge
- Up to one week before arrival 70%
- Within the last week before arrival 90%
The following conditions of cancellation apply for the winter season 2021/2022:
