Interesting facts from A to Z
On the day of arrival, our rooms are available from 2.30 pm. If you arrive after 8.30 pm, please let us know so that we can prepare everything for you.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. Late check-out is possible subject to availability for a surcharge of € 30 per room.
You are welcome to bring small pets with you on holiday. Please note that your pets do not have access to the wellness area or the dining room.
For pets we charge € 30,- per day and pet, without food.
Sometimes things turn out differently than planned and you can't go on holiday. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking so that the disappointment of a cancelled holiday is not compounded by a financial disadvantage.

Cancellation conditions
- In the event of cancellation, the following hotel contract conditions apply at HOTEL LIEBE SONNE:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
- In the last week before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee
