Food that deserves the name
At our 4-star superior hotel in Sölden, we want one thing above all else to have travelled far: you as our guests. When selecting our food and drinks, we attach great importance to regional origin and seasonal quality.
We rely on traditional Tyrolean recipes and reinterpret them in a contemporary way - light, enjoyable and suitable for modern gourmet cuisine. We pay particular attention to the quality of the food we use and prefer to work with local producers. Where possible, we source dairy products, meat and eggs from regional farms.
Fruit and vegetables also come from the region, depending on the season and availability. We allow ourselves one small exception when it comes to wine: the majority of our wines come from the east of Austria, as the Ötztal is not known to offer the ideal climatic conditions for viticulture.
