Cross-country skiing & ice skating

You can also stay active off the slopes in Sölden. The cross-country ski trails in the valley offer a variety of routes for skaters and classic cross-country skiers. There are three free trails to choose from: from an easy circuit across flat meadows near Hofer Böden-Windau, to a medium-difficulty trail with small ascents and descents in Untersölden, to the forest and meadow circuit near Zwieselstein. The altitude makes the training particularly effective.

Not only cross-country skiers get their money's worth - ice skaters will also find a well-maintained ice rink at the sports ground in Sölden for active winter hours.

AQUA DOME Längenfeld & Freizeit Arena Sölden

Attractive excursion destinations in the surrounding area provide even more variety. The Freizeit Arena Sölden is a popular meeting place in both summer and winter. In addition to an adventure pool and a sauna area, there is also a sports and climbing hall, a fitness centre and a bowling alley.

A special highlight is the AQUA DOME in Längenfeld, the only thermal spa in Tyrol. With over 2,000 m² of water, 12 indoor and outdoor pools invite you to relax. The view of the surrounding mountain peaks from the warm saltwater pools is particularly impressive - a feeling of weightlessness and deep relaxation in the middle of the Ötztal Alps.
