Children-Discount:

Children from 0 to 3 years: 80%
Children from 4 to 8 years: 60%
Children from 9 to 12 years: 40%
Children aged 13 and 14: 30%
from 15 years: 15%

Cancellation policy:

• up to 1 month before arrival: free 
• up to 2 weeks before arrival: 40% cancellation fee 
• up to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee 
• less then a week before arrival: 90% cancellation fee 

Booking garantuee:
To secure the booking, we charge 20% down payment of the total travel price.
We will debit the deposit from your credit card one month before arrival.

Pets:
Pets are also welcome with us. We charge EUR 20 per day (without food).

Local tax:
Euro 4,00 per person per night (from 01.11.2025: Euro 5,00 per person per night)
