Prices for extra beds (with two fully-paying guests in the room):
Kids from 0 to 3 Years: 90% discount
Kids from 4 to 8 Years: 70% discount
Kids from 9 to 12 Years: 50% disount
Kids from 13 to 14 Years: 30% discount 
15 years and older 15% discount 

Cancellation policy:

• up to 1 month before arrival: free 
• up to 2 weeks before arrival: 40% cancellation fee 
• up to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee 
• less then a week before arrival: 90% cancellation fee 

Booking garantuee:
To secure the booking, we charge 20% down payment of the total travel price.
We will debit the deposit from your credit card one month before arrival.

Pets:
Pets are also welcome with us. We charge EUR 20 per day (without food).

Local tax:
Euro 3,50 per person per night
